Bi Folding Doors Blogurl:blogspot.com How Do I Anchor Bi-fold Doors To Concrete Floor?

How do I anchor bi-fold doors to concrete floor? - bi folding doors blogurl:blogspot.com

I built a closet in the basement and now I am ready to install folding doors. How do I secure the bracket to the concrete? How do I put on a small square of wood and nails for concrete, then the support for small? I would like to know how to do only the right thing. Thanks

You can do what you have said, or it can bore into the ground, plastic hammer and a screw anchor support mark down. Attach the posts as well and it is good to go. Hope this helps.

EDIT: Tapcon not recommended specifically for this project. Even a 3 / 16 "Tapcon is too large for their support. Use a plastic anchor with the small screw that goes with it, and get the best results. Tapcon is a very good product for many purposes, but not this one .

To use construction adhesive and 3 / 4 block on the floor trying .... dry and live in this block ...... not go to specific cause, if u is the earth or the doors add to increase or decrease re-installation of the door ....

You can also use the wooden floor with liquid nails, if you make sure that surfaces are clean.

You can do this anyway but I could just use a hammer drill that well into the concrete.
